The Gender Spectrum Family conference is one of the only places in the U.S. where your business or organization can reach a target group of families and professionals who are informed about and interested in the ways that gender variance impacts children and youth. Our conference attendees are looking for products, services and organizations that are friendly to their needs.

Sponsorships

At this pivotal point in time, the media is focusing the nation's attention on the needs and concerns of gender variant children, and this attention will only continue to grow. A Gender Spectrum sponsorship lets your customers know that you are in the vanguard of human rights and equality for all. Sponsorship packages are a very affordable way to show your support.

We'll be happy to put together a tailor-made sponsorship package that suits your business or organization's needs. Your options range from simply purchasing an ad in our program book, to buying vendor space, all the way to making your business or organization highly visible in many events throughout the weekend. Advertising

CONFERENCE PROGRAM BOOK
Gender variance occurs everywhere, in all populations, and the families of gender variant people are not usually organized into easy-to-find communities. The Gender Spectrum Family conference program book is a great way to reach a target audience of families of transgender and gender variant children and teens, as well as professionals working with these families. Attendees carry it with them throughout the conference and take it home with them as a keepsake. Your ad will reach people who are specifically looking for products, services, and organizations that are friendly to their needs.

We offer a variety of formats and prices to fit your budget. Our conference program advertising deadline is July 10th, and we encourage you to get your ad in early for best placement. For ad specifications and prices, download the advertising form.

REGISTRATION PACKET INSERTS
In addition to advertising in the program, you may supply flyers and/or coupons to be inserted into the packet every attendee receives at registration. Payment and inserts must be sent in advance and postmarked by August 1st. Please contact us for more information at info@genderspectrumfamily.org.

Vendors

Have goods or services you'd like this community to know about? Our attendees are looking for businesses and organizations friendly to their needs. You can reach people from across the continent and around the world at the Gender Spectrum Family vendor fair.

Vendors are centrally located in the lobby of our conference area at the Washington State Convention and Trade Center. The space is set up to encourage socializing and foot traffic. The vendor area will be open Saturday and Sunday from 8 am to 6 pm.
