Support Resources

Connecting with other families who have a gender variant child can diminish our feelings of isolation. Although you currently may not know anyone in your community who is facing these issues, know that you are not alone. Parents across all cultures, ethnicities, regions and economic situations are raising gender variant and transgender children and teens.

Family Conference

We know the importance of finding support and connecting with others who share our experience. That is why we’ve organized the Gender Spectrum Family Conference. Mark your calendar and register for this conference—we believe it will change your life!

Parent Groups

We offer two monthly support and information groups for parents and family members of gender variant and transgender children. We meet regularly to discuss what gender variance means to our children and our families. Through examination of current research and sharing with each other, we learn to navigate our own struggles, support our children in the best way possible, and work to make the world a safer place for our children.

Please join us! Our parent groups meet in:
